Like with all things in soccer it takes years and years of practice to really get good at something. Juggling is no different. You don't just wake up one day and do 50 juggles.
Here are some progressive juggling exercises that you can do to make you better at juggling, which will go a long way to help improve your touch, balance and coordination.
1. Foot – Catch
2. Thigh – Catch
3. Foot – Foot – Catch (Same Foot)
4. Foot – Foot – Catch (Use a different foot for each touch)
5. Thigh – Foot – Catch
6. Foot- Bounce-Foot-Bounce….(Continuous juggling but with a bounce in between)
7. Left Foot - Left Thigh - Right Thigh - Right Foot - Catch
8. Left Foot - Left Thigh - Left Shoulder - Head - Right Shoulder- Right Thigh - Right Foot (Maradona 7)
